With an IP67 debris/water resistance, 1 meter drop protection and a red beam, the 20V MAX* Red Rotary Tough construction laser allows users to work in the toughest conditions. The DW079LRK picture hanging laser level has a working range of 2000 feet with an accuracy of 1/16-inch at 100 feet. It also has a dual axis slope mode and is powered by a 20v li-ion battery which is included with charger.

Can barely see the laser beam in any daylight setting. You have to have the electonic receiver to pick up the beam. Can not see it on the story pole at any distance.
