It has a 5.5W output power and a 0.08mm compression laser focus area.the accuracy of this laser engraver is 0.01mm. It easily cuts on wood or acrylic. It has a uv filter that filters 97% of the uv light to help protect your eyes and the eyes of the people around you. It's fun to make signs or designs on all of your belongings that are safe to be engraved.I got this engraver to add custom signature to my art. I wanted at least a 10w laser to also do some cutting from time to time. This one was within my budget and works pretty well. The assembly was pretty easy and it only took me about 15 times to put together. The software took a bit of time to get the hang of, but overall not too bad. I did a few custom designs on my test board and it got pretty sharp clean lines. I’m pretty happy with this one so far. Good price for the performance.Still learning how to use it since none of the popular laser engraving software works properly with it for some reason. Some can see it but not correctly, and others dont see it at ALL. Very annoying, but the few test runs we have been able to do worked well, outside of issues related to the software.Excellent engraver. Read all the instructions and even beginners can get started right away. Perfect for smaller engraving projects around the house. And a design to wood, some plastic, or even some softer metals. ant go into detail on the specs as i am new to engraving, but i have had little issue on the things i have tried. Definitely recommend.I am not expert LAZER printer person by any means. This caught my eye and made me want to try. Set up was easy. Packaging was great. I wish it came with starter instructions but YouTube was my friend. If you want to get into wood graving this is for you.This engraver is easy enough for a first time user. Great instructions and works well. Would recommend.I purchased this Latitool Laser Engraver as a gift to my son who does laser cutting and engraving as a sideline. He has been using this for a few days now and is enjoying it very much. It was so easy to put together and is very simple to use. It does an excellent job of engraving and he has already used it on wood and leather and the designs came out perfectly. It has a large surface to use which is impressive. This is a great engraver to start with and is going to be fantastic for him to use to hone his skills and practice so he becomes better and more developed at making various products. He does truly love it and I think it made an excellent gift.
